Glacier National Park - August & September 2009

Glacier National Park, together with the Waterton Lakes National Park in Canada, form the worlds first International Peace Park. Glacier National Park was established in 1910 and in 1932 joined Canada's Waterton Lakes National Park to become the Glacier - Waterton International Peace Park. The Glaciers are receding and it is believed they will be gone by 2020, so I was glad to have been able to have visited the park and see the remaining glaciers while they still exist. This trip was taken in August - September 2009.
